At TileCloud, we want you to be completely satisfied with your project, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all full-priced, stocked tiles and tapware. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition to qualify for a refund.

Check Eligibility

Verify that your return request is within 30 days of delivery and that you have at least 3 full, unopened boxes of tiles remaining, as we do not accept returns for individual loose tiles or samples.

Submit a Request

Contact our customer service team via our online portal with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Authorization number and the correct warehouse return address.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items onto a pallet or into sturdy boxes to prevent breakage during transit; please note that customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return freight to our Sydney warehouse.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the goods and confirms they are undamaged, we will process your refund back to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
